Laurel Boasts Three U.S. Presidential Scholar Candidates

Candidates were selected from nearly 3.6 million students nationwide and are among a pool of only 207 candidates selected in Ohio. Inclusion in the U.S. Presidential Scholars Program is one of the highest honors bestowed upon graduating high school seniors. Selection is based on superior academic and artistic achievements, leadership qualities, strong character, and involvement in community and school activities. Laurel's candidates represent the highest percentage of students selected from any private school in Northeast Ohio.
