Though the styles have changed over the years, the uniform is a constant and indelible part of a Laurel student’s experience. Today’s plaid jumpers of the Primary give way to the herringbone skirts in the Middle School which lead to the Campbell plaid Upper School skirts, much as the skirts with straps in the Lower School were a rite of passage to the green wool Aline skirts with matching blazers in the Upper School through the middle of the 20th Century.
