Kindergarten-Grade 5 Application

Laurel School accepts applications for Kindergarten–Grade 5 throughout the year. The below checklist outlines the application requirements. All items must be completed before the Admissions Committee will review your application.

- $40 non-refundable application fee
- Parent/guardian questionnaire (complete online through the above link or print the pdf version)
- Teacher evaluation for Grades 1-5 to be completed by current teacher (complete online through the above link or print the pdf version)
- Teacher evaluation for Kindergarten to be completed by current teacher (complete online through the above link of print pdf version)
- Records from candidate’s current school (complete online through the above link or print the pdf version)
Student and Parent Visit

Student Screening
- Students are required to complete an academic assessment as part of their application to Laurel.
- Kindergarten assessments will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025.

Families accepted to Laurel are invited to spend time with us at our Lyman Campus and connect with other families considering Laurel. Administrators, faculty, parents and students will be on hand to share their perspectives. Light refreshments will be served.
