Allison Grant

Allison Grant joined Laurel School in January 2011 as the first dedicated human resources professional in the school's history. Responsible for the full lifecycle of HR functions, Ms. Grant has played a pivotal role in shaping the HR practices and policies that support the school's mission and values. She was an inaugural recipient of the Staff Above and Beyond award in June 2021 for her efforts in COVID management.

Ms. Grant holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois as well as a Professional in Human Resources Certification from The Human Resources Certification Institute and a Certified Professional from The Society for Human Resources Management.
