Meghan Daly, Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach and Head Field Hockey Coach at Laurel was featured in the Ohio High School Strength Coaches newsletter this month.

In a Q&A, Meghan highlighted her training methods and coaching philosophy, as well as what makes Laurel’s strength and conditioning program unique. She attended Kent State University and earned her bachelor’s in Exercise Science. This is her second year with Laurel.
