Mary Ann Pellerano

Mary Ann Pellerano, Facilities Director at Laurel School, is a licensed architect and a certified plans examiner for the State of Ohio. She has been employed by Laurel School since 2004.

Prior to working at Laurel, Ms. Pellerano was the Associate Director of Campus Environment and Operations at Kent State University.

She received her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and her Master of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She worked as an architect for ten years before serving as the City Architect for the City of Mentor. Ms. Pellerano’s position on architectural review boards for the City of University Heights and the City of Beachwood reinforce her dedication to historic preservation and building aesthetics.
