First published in 1908 by a senior class that numbered just four, the Laurel Leaves yearbook may have felt "a simple, crude affair" but it served many functions.
The 84-page publication included photographs of all upper classwomen, a list of teaching faculty, an alumnae directory, monthly calendars, and plenty of poetry, creative writing, jokes and informative articles scattered throughout. |
