Teaching Philosophy:
As a teacher, I strive to inspire my students to recognize their own place in history and the importance of learning about our past to help create our future. I want students to question to where they come from, and realize their own personal connections to history. Through this active involvement in learning history, it is my hope that students will share my excitement and passion for history.

Did You Know...
I have been swimming competitively for over 20 years and while in college I was part of a team that won 3 NCAA National titles, and I also earned individual recognition as an NCAA All-American.
